Yearly plans are paid once, upfront. You can ask for a refund at any time: we refund what you’ve paid less the full monthly price for each month you’ve used (a part month counts as a month), and access ends. The offer: Get 50% off your first two months of any monthly plan when you subscribe within six months of launch. From month three, your subscription renews automatically at the standard monthly price until you cancel. Annual plans are excluded.

Billing and cancellation

The fine print, made plain.

Monthly plans: Can be upgraded, downgraded or cancelled at any time, with no lock-in or penalties.
Annual plans: Paid once, upfront, and includes 3 months free. You can ask for a refund at any time during the year. We refund what you’ve paid less the full monthly price for each month you’ve used, counted from the purchase date, and a part month counts as a full month. Access ends when a refund is made, so the yearly saving is for staying the full year. For example, if you ask for a refund on a Starter yearly plan (US$315) 2 months and 10 days after buying, 3 months count, so we refund US$210: US$315 less 3 × US$35. If you’re unsure, start with a monthly plan.
Renewal: All plans renew automatically until you cancel. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date. After you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Credits: Plans include an allowance of credits that resets each billing period. Unused credits don’t roll over. We generally don’t refund part of a billing period, except where the law requires.
Payment: Processed by Stripe.
No guarantee: We don’t guarantee that using ClintixPro will result in passing any exam, and AI-generated content can contain errors.
